Follow my favorite cafes I've co-worked in!

Tokyo - Trunk Lounge

Lots of open tables, espresso drinks, cocktails, and lunch are provided in the lobby of this hotel. You could spend all day/night here, depending on how much work you need to get done. Many tech meetups are also held here, so you can get stuck in something pretty interesting if you plan right!

Taipei - MKCR / Mountain Kids Coffee Roaster 山小孩咖啡

Super cute little shop on a corner in Taipei with a nice view overlooking the street.

Kyoto - Stumptown Coffee Roasters

Huge table with outlets. Also, the manager here is super cool. Highly recommend stepping in for a brew and getting some work done.

Ho Chi Minh City - Barista Collective

Unique takes on original coffee drinks. All drinks I had here were fabulously refreshing and delicious. But, tbh, I didn't work here. I just thought the coffee was excellent, and I definitely had to put this here.

Salt Lake City - Millcreek Coffee Roasters

I personally love Millcreek. My first accounting job was here. Millcreek has a special place in my heart. ❤️

New York City - Stumptown Coffee Roasters

Nice place to find a corner to get some work done in. Outlets are available. Lunch and dinner are served along with a full bar, and very nice coffee.

Lisbon - Fábrica Coffee Roasters

Super good coffee. Lots of variety of coffees available. Hand pours and batch brews are both very good.

Porto - SO Coffee Roasters

Nice place to duck into and get some work done! Very nice space, a big table. But only a handful of outlets.

Marrakesh - kartell kollektiv.

Unique and clean. Also has pour-overs. Nice selection of local teas. Outlet spaces.

Casablanca - % Arabica Casablanca

Big space. Nice hand pours.

Edinburgh - Mayvn Cafe

While I was in Edinburgh for 2 months, Marvyn never failed me for some space to hammer out some work. Outlets are located all over the cafe. The ambiance is beautiful, too. Very cozy. Espresso drinks are offered!

Edinburgh - Argyle Place

Aesthetic coffee shop. Super nice inside, table service, STUPID GOOD BRUNCH.

Aviano - Small Pub Bruschetteria (AKA Death Bar)

Alright... I didn't work here. And I don't recommend working here. But I had to add some pub/cafe that I really loved while I was in Italy. This place has an amazing 70s/80s track. The owner handcrafts her cocktails BEAUTIFULLY and they're seriously delicious. I highly recommend stopping in for a bruschetta. You basically choose from a menu the size of a bible.

Brussels - Ana Attento

There are tons of nice places to work from in the building. You can see the street from the second floor. Also, there are filter brews here! Loose-leaf teas and espresso drinks are also available.

Grenoble - Ciel | Rooftop | Grenoble

The views are beautiful here. You could easily spend 8 hours from up high on a sunny day, gazing over the city of Grenoble...Then remember you have to respond to that one email. 😅 Hike up to the Bastille after work, then ride the Gondola back down into town for some dinner.

Copenhagen - Riccos Coffee Shop

Hygge coffee shop. It's so cozy. There are candles at every table. A huge bookshelf at the end of the shop, and nice views into the canal. Stop in on a rainy day, and truly understand what the word "hygge" means to the Danish. ❤️

Berlin - Tucano Coffee

Super cute little coffee shop next to the Berlin Central Station. I had two different batch pours here, and both were delicious. Many outlets, tons of plants, and lots of light. Highly recommend for the aesthetics, and a cute place to wait if you're early for your train. 😁

Bydgozscz - Parzymy Tutaj

Wonderful, experimental coffee shop! All drip and hand pours I've had are amazing. Sandwiches are also delicious. Super bright and big windows in the front. Staff is also wonderful.

Durres - F L U C T U S Resto&Lounge&coffe

There was such a beautiful view of the ocean! I will be honest, I didn't come here for the coffee. But the ambiance and table service was wonderful. ❤️

Madison - Madison Sourdough

The sandwiches. Are. Dope. Order them. Spent an afternoon reading my book here, and listening to the ambiance. It's a VERY popular cafe. And I particularly loved this on a rainy day. The people of Madison are truly a beautiful people. Stop in for good company, great bread and some REALLY good coffee.

Brighton - Dharma Coffee Hove

During my time in Brighton, I really didn't work much at cafes. However, this cafe really stood out to me for the simplicity of the shop, and how delicious the batch brew was.

Tromsø - Kringla

Love the music here! Plants hanging in the window are cute! Candles at every table. And batch brew. As you can tell, I've got an obsession with batch brews and hand pours. 😅 It's hard to find in Europe.

Bydgozscz - STREFA CAFE

Quiet, small coffee shop with an amazing selection of simple breakfasts! Coffee is great, tons of seating, and a beautiful view onto the river.
